Owner and Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist (NBC-HIS) at Seaside Hearing. Cole’s passion for helping people hear has been ongoing since 2003. With his extensive work in the hearing profession, he recognizes that ears are as unique as fingerprints and because of this, hearing care needs to be highly personalized.

Brittany has worked in customer service and front-end operations since 2016 and has been part of the hearing healthcare profession since 2020. As Front End Manager and Client Care Coordinator, she is dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every client. Brittany is currently training to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist, furthering her commitment to helping others through compassionate, attentive care. She is the first friendly face you’ll see when you visit our Chester office and the reassuring voice you’ll hear when scheduling your appointments. Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her family and animals, staying active outdoors, and playing softball.
